By using the Shavers Direct website and online store or placing an order by telephone, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. If you have any further questions about these terms, please email .

  1. Order Quantities
    We have a minimum order value (GBP8.33 excluding delivery and VAT) which will be highlighted in your shopping Basket if your order falls below it.
  2. Delivery
    Orders will be dispatched to the destination given by the customer within 14 days. If the order can not be despatched within 7 days you will be notified by us and be given the opportunity to cancel the order. We will use our choice of carrier unless otherwise stipulated by the customer.
  3. Errors
    We must be notified of errors and shortages within five working days of receiving the goods.
  4. Non Delivery
    We must be notified of missing orders within fourteen days of invoice.
  5. Damage in Transit
    Damaged consignments must be refused by the customer on delivery and the despatch note marked 'damaged in transit'. To ensure the rapid despatch of a replacement, the customer should advise us of the damaged consignment.
  6. Cancellation
    You have the right to contact our customer services department and cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Cancelled items must be received in good condition in their original packaging. Beyond this, if the goods are faulty see clause 7.
  7. Returns
    You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. All returns must be issued with an RMA number by our Customer Services department before the items are returned.
  8. Pricing
    Prices charged will be those agreed with the customer. Where no prices are specified, prices charged will be those effective on the date the order is dispatched. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  9. Tax
    VAT is applicable to all products at the rate prevailing at the date of despatch. Any liable taxes are included in, or shown with the sale price.
  10. Settlement Terms
    We must receive payment before goods are despatched, credit accounts for large customers can be arranged by your account manager.
  11. Retention of Title
    All goods remain the property of PSA Parts Ltd until paid for.
  12. Warranty Period
    Subject to the conditions below; We warrant that the goods sold will be free from fault, suitable for their purpose and correspond with their specifications, for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This does not effect your rights under the Sales and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations.

    The above warranty is given by Us subject to the following conditions:
      •  We shall not be liable in respect of any defect arising from damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions.
  13. Web Site Usage
    We provide this website on an 'as is' basis and makes no warranties or representations express or implied with regard to this site or the information content. The information on the site is the corporate property of The Site Owners. You may not distribute or re-use the information for commercial purposes without our written consent. Shaversdirect.com is a website designed for end-user use and goods can be purchased for your own use or as a gift. We do not support bulk ordering or multi purchases for re-sale and any such orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
  14. Force Majeure
    If We are unable to supply due to acts or omissions of third parties, or by reason on industrial dispute, the contract shall be suspended until fulfilment is possible.
  15. Variation of Terms
    Any variation of terms will not be valid unless agreed in writing by a director or appointed person.
  16. Law
    English law shall apply to all contracts.

If you don’t think your Braun product* has delivered superior results, Braun will refund your money!

The 100 day money back promotion is operated by Braun (Procter & Gamble) directly and claims must be made directly to them if you wish to return your product for a refund under the terms of the offer. Shavers Direct are unable to offer a refund directly.

You must have used the product for 30 days prior to making any claim. You will be responsible for returning the product to Braun at your own expense.

  1. This offer is open to all residents in the UK and ROI aged 18 years of age and over.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the result obtained from using Braun Silk-épil 5, Braun Silk-épil 7, Braun Silk-épil 9, Braun FaceSpa, Braun Silk-expert IPL/Pro IPL, Braun premium styling (MGK7xxx, MGK5xxx, BT7xxx, BT5xxx) Braun Series 5, Braun Series 7, Braun Series 8 or Braun Series 9 the Promoter will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions. The product must be purchased in the UK or ROI and the value must be listed in GBP (£) or EUR (€).
  3. Purchase period for refunds 1st July 2019 to 31st December 2019. Applications for refund requests must be made within 100 calendar days from date of purchase.
  4. To make an application and obtain your refund, go to www.braun.com/uk/mbg All applicants will be required to provide the following information on the downloadable form: product/model purchased, store purchased from, date of purchase, purchase price, reason for return, name, email and address.
  5. Send the completed form, together with proof of purchase (your original dated till receipt), and the applicable Braun product, to the following address: UK: Braun MBG, Dept PG020, PO Box 13263, Galashiels, TD1 9AJ. ROI: Procter & Gamble, Dept PG020, Braun MBG, PO Box 596, Dublin 14. The line item must appear on the till receipt. If no line item for a Braun epilator, FaceSpa, IPL, multi grooming kit, beard trimmer or shaver appears on the applicants till receipt, or the applicant does not have a till receipt, the application will not be processed.
  6. Final Submissions for refunds must be received on or before the 9th April 2020 and forms received after this date will be rejected
  7. Incomplete, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms and /or their contents.
  8. The Promoter will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of one applicable Braun product purchased, as evidenced by the original till receipt provided by cheque.
  9. Please allow 28 days for refund.
  10. The refund amount does not include postage costs for the return of the applicable Braun product (applicable Braun products are listed in clause 12)
