Delivery, Returns and Cancellation

Coronavirus Update

Due to the ongoing issues with COVID-19 the well-being of our staff and customers is our top priority. All the necessary precautions are being put in place to ensure their safety. All orders are shipping as normal during this time, with contact free delivery as standard.

Delivery

  • All our products qualify for free standard delivery.
  • The majority of our orders are dispatched via DHL Parcel standard delivery, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
  • Smaller, less expensive items such as razor blade replacements are dispatched via Royal Mail second class delivery, typically taking 2-3 days to arrive from the date of dispatch. Royal Mail second class delivery can on rare occasion take up to 15 days for delivery.
  • Looking to get your order sooner? Upgrade to next day delivery for £2.50. Orders placed before 5pm with next day delivery selected will be delivered the next working day (this excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Guarantee & Warranty

We hope you are completely satisfied with any products you receive from us. However, we know that on occasion something might not quite be the right fit for you. That’s okay! We operate a 30-day money back guarantee, if you’d like to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, then please get in touch with our customer care team here, for help returning your item to us.

Returning Items

We hope you are fully satisfied with all purchases from us, however in some instances you may wish to return something to us. If you have an unwanted, or faulty item that may need to be returned, please read the below.

Faulty items

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with our customer care team (here) who will be able to resolve any issues through the relevant repairs/replacement service.
  • In the event your item does need to be returned to us, our customer care team will give you a returns number and returns address.
  • Upon receiving your item back, we will dispatch a replacement, or refund you.
  • When returning items to us, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable transit.

Unwanted items

  • Decided you don’t want your order after all? If you are within 4 weeks of the date the order was dispatched, and the item is unused and in the original, undamaged packaging you can return it to us for a refund.
  • After 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, your item can be returned for a replacement or exchange. A re-stocking fee may apply.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item to us, please get in touch with our customer care team (here).
  • You will be provided with a returns number and address. Due to the items being unwanted, you are responsible for the cost of delivering and returning the goods.
  • When returning items to us, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable transit.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind about an order you’ve placed? Get in touch with our customer care team (here) with your order number, we will try our best to prevent the delivery of your order.
