Shavers Direct customers based in the UK can now take advantage of our Buy Now Pay Later scheme in partnership with PayPal Credit.
Costs can be spread over monthly, manageable installments for products over £99.
In order to apply for PayPal Credit, you must be:
-18 years of age or over
-A resident of the UK
-Have a good credit history
-Be employed and have a yearly income greater than £7,500
-Have not recently been declared bankrupt
What is PayPal Credit?
PayPal Credit is an easy-to-use credit line linked to your PayPal account. PayPal Credit is easy to apply for, after answering a few questions and reading and consenting to PayPal Credit’s terms a decision will be made in minutes as to whether you have been approved.
Once approved, you can access PayPal Credit from your regular PayPal account to view your balance, manage payments and check monthly statements.

What are the terms for purchases from Shavers Direct?
Shavers Direct purchases made through PayPal Credit are subject to the following instalment offers:

For example, if you buy a product costing £250 and repay over 6 months at 0.0%p.a., instalments would be £41.66 each month. The total payable will be £250.
How do I use PayPal Credit?
PayPal Credit is easy to apply for at the payment checkout.
Clicking on the PayPal CREDIT button will take you to PayPal’s Credit application page.
An application should take less than ten minutes to fill out. Once you’ve completed your application you will be redirected back to the Shavers Direct website to complete your transaction.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to get PayPal Credit?
Yes, in order to apply for PayPal Credit you will need to have your own PayPal account. Sign up for a PayPal account here
What if I am unsuccessful in applying for PayPal Credit?
If you are declined for PayPal Credit, PayPal will contact you directly via email to inform you of the reason for this decision.
If you are not approved for PayPal Credit you can still pay for your order with your regular PayPal account, or a debit/credit card.
Why isn’t PayPal Credit showing as a payment option for me?
PayPal Credit may not be showing up as a payment option for your order if the order does not meet the minimum spend of £149 on eligible for credit products.
If your order does meet this minimum and PayPal Credit is still not showing up as a method of payment, them please get in touch with us directly and we will help to resolve the issue.
Can I use my PayPal Credit to pay for an order made over the phone?
Unfortunately, PayPal Credit can only be used to pay for orders made online.
What happens if I want to return a purchase made using my PayPal Credit?
In the event you need to return an order to us purchased through PayPal Credit, please see our returns policy here.
Should a refund be necessary, funds will be returned to your PayPal account. It remains your responsibility to settle any outstanding balance you have with PayPal Credit.
